set, first of all i would notice your gathered information on this gem is outstanding, thumbs up. due to the games company's insolvency in 2010, many ressources vanished in nirvana or are very hard to pinpoint(for me?). i sporadically treid the game when it was launched in 2004 but couldnt get into it. right now im trying boris vorontsov's enb-series modification for eyecandy purposes and i suggest you may give it a try.
anyway, good to see the russian community is still engaged, unfortunately i dont speak russian.
you mentioned a localized version of the fall is needed to adapt the derrflinger mod to any non-russian version.
im not sure about the contents needed but hopefully i can provide the files of the german reloaded version which is at 1.10.1.

Glad you liked the site. Unfortunately, as far as I know, no modifications are not involved in the game. Here on the site trying to gather a group of people to design modifications and quests, even discussed the continuation of the quest about the convoy, but it does not end. All gone, and all died before it began.
