Attributes

Agility: Faster advance movement, better sneaking, better at avoiding attacks

Charisma: Greater eloquence of speech, better prices

Constitution: Increased LE

Dexterity: Higher accuracy with all weapons (except for heavy weapons), more success picking pockets, easier to open locks

Intelligence: More Skills points to be distributed at every new level

Strength: Greater load bearing, more accuracy with heavy weapons, greater damage in close combat

Close Combat

Close Combat - Accuracy and damage in weaponless combat and with close combat weapons

Talents:

  • Knockout - +10% knockout chance per close combat hit.
  • Avoid - -10% chance of being hit in close combat.
  • Stamina - -30% damage per received close combat hit.
  • Confusion - +10% chance of confusing the enemy - who is then motionless for 3 seconds.
  • Combo - +20% chance of landing three hits in succession without the opponent being able to react.

Weapon skills

Light Weapons - Accuracy and speed with light weapons

Talents:

  • Accuracy - Increased accuracy with light weapons at a great distance. The maximum firing distance is increased by 10% and overall accuracy improves (+5 accuracy).
  • Steady Shot - With this Talent shots fired in a standing or kneeling position achieve the same precision as if they were fired lying down. The Talent only works for light weapons.
  • Head Shot - +2% chance of head shot with every hit.
  • Critical Hit - +10% chance of doubling the damage caused with every hit from a light weapon.
  • Fast Reload - Reload light weapons in 1/10 of the time.

Heavy Weapons - Accuracy and speed with heavy weapons

Talents:

  • Accuracy - Increased accuracy with heavy weapons at a great distance. The maximum firing distance is increased by 10% and overall accuracy improves (+5 accuracy).
  • Steady Shot - With this Talent shots fired in a standing or kneeling position achieve the same precision as if they were fired lying down. The Talent only works for heavy weapons.
  • Fast Reload - Reload heavy weapons in 1/10 of the time.
  • Critical Hit - +10% of doubling the damage caused with every hit from a heavy weapon.
  • Shoulders - All heavy weapons burden the character with only 50% of his weight.

Sniper Weapons - Accuracy and speed with sniper weapons

Talents:

  • Accuracy - Increased accuracy with light weapons at a great distance. The maximum firing distance is increased by 10% and overall accuracy improves (+5 accuracy).
  • Night Sight - Increases night-time accuracy by 20%.
  • Head Shot - +20% chance of a head shot with every hit. Only works for sniper weapons.
  • Camouflage - The marksman is invisible for every enemy up to a distance of 30 ft when lying down.
  • Steady Shot - With this Talent shots fired in a standing or kneeling position achieve the same precision as if they were fired lying down. The Talent only works for sniper weapons.

Throwing Weapons - Accuracy and speed with throwing weapons

Talents:

  • Accuracy - Increased accuracy with throwing weapons at a great distance. The maximum firing distance is increased by 20% and overall accuracy improves (+10 accuracy).
  • Steady Throw - With this Talent throwing in a standing or kneeling position achieve the same precision as if they were throwing lying down.
  • Two Blades Throw - Two weapons (knife, shuriken) are thrown simultaneously and correspondingly cause double the damage.
  • Specialisation in Grenades - 10% extra bonus on throwing weapons for grenade throwers.
  • Ninja - +10% accuracy with shuriken and +100% on lethal hits with shuriken.

Explosives - Use of explosives, setting, defusing and putting together

Talents:

  • Defuse - The chance of successfully defusing explosives (all types) is increased by 30%. If you have chosen this Talent and have an explosives skill greater than/equal to 95, you have a 100% chance of a successful defusing.
  • Detect Booby Traps - When opening doors, boxes or safes, booby traps are automatically detected and defused.
  • Blast Locks - Locks on doors and boxes can be blasted with gunpowder.
  • Maximum Explosive Effect - Explosives placed by the character are placed skilfully and cause 30% more damage.
  • Build Explosives - A character with this Talent is in a position to make explosives and charges with time and remote fuses himself.

No combat skills

Survival - Find water, gut animals, cook meat

Talents:

  • Cooking - Permits the character to cook his meat using a pan, a spit or a pot over the camp fire. Cooked meat gives the player up to 50% more Life Energy back then raw meat.
  • Feigning Death - The character can pretend to be dead and remains unnoticed during the fighting.
  • Influencing Animals - This Talent can be used to alter the behaviour of animals. Fleeing animals don't escape and aggressive animals don't attack.
  • Best Resting Place - The relevant character has a special Talent for choosing the resting place very cleverly. As a result the group recover their energy 20% faster when resting.
  • Will to Survive - The group's will to survive increases and for 5 real time minutes the Life Energy of each character in the group goes up by 10%. This Talent is only available once in every 24 game hours.

Stealth - Silent approach to enemies

Talents:

  • Sneaking Fast - This Talent permits the character to sneak at running speed.
  • Crawling Fast - This Talent permits the character to crawl at sneaking speed.
  • Camouflage - Allows the character to approach the enemy up to 20% closer without being detected.
  • Night Camouflage - Allows the character to approach the enemy up to 30% closer without being detected.
  • Gruop Camouflage - Works for all group members in a 100 ft (30m) range of the character who has this Talent. It allows all such characters to move up to 10% closer to the enemy without being detected.

Pick Pocketing - Stealing from NPCs

Talents:

  • Inside Pockets - Permits the Player to remove objects form the inside pockets of the victim. The spoils are considerably increased as a result.
  • Diversion - Distracts the victim so that his chances sink of noticing in time that someone is picking his pockets from the front.
  • Slinking - The character can creep up on his victim from behind undetected. This increases his chances of successfully robbing his victim from behind.
  • Flattery - Using flattery the character can lull a victim of the opposite sex into a false sense of security. This raises the chances of a successful theft by 30%.
  • Excuses - A character with this Talent is never at a loss to come up with a dumb excuse to explain why his victim's property has landed in his own pockets. The effects of being caught are reduced to zero.

Lock Picking - Opening trunks, boxes and doors with a picklock

Talents:

  • Booby-Trapped Locks - Booby-Traps automatically detected when opening a lock.
  • Doors - 20% bonus when opening doors.
  • Boxes - 20% bonus when opening boxes.
  • Safes - 20% bonus when opening safes.
  • Booby-Trapped Locks Defuse - Booby-Traps automatically defused on opening locks.

Technical - Repair or use technical appliances, combination of objects

Talents:

  • Repair Weapons - Damaged weapons can be repaired.
  • Strengthen Armour - When used - permanent +1 on Leather Armour, Chain Mail and Plate Armour.
  • Manipulate Ammunition - With this Talent you can produce Dum-Dum bullets from regular ammunition.
  • Tuning - Permits you to increase vehicle speed by 20%.
  • Strengthen Armour Parts - When used - permanent +1 on all helmets, shoes and gloves.

Driving - Lower consumption, faster driving, greater gunner accuracy

Talents:

  • Drive Carefully - Put the character in a position to drive more carefully, thereby preventing loss of LE during the trip
  • Driving Tricks - This Talent enables the driver to optimize the vehicle manoeuvrability (sharp corners, steep slopes).
  • Repair Vehicles - Reduce the damage on a vehicle to nil.
  • Road Trip - Thanks to a restful trip, the group's life energy has been regenerated.
  • Driving Economically - Reduces gasoline consumption by 20% when driving.

Speech - Convince NPCs, obtain better prices

Talents:

  • Entertainment - Put the character in a position to entertain NPCs and receive a reward for doing so.
  • Trade - 20% bonus for a exchange deal with a Trader.
  • Teach - The character can pass his strongest skill onto another character, who will then receive a 5% bonus.
  • Offending - Draw hostile attacks to yourself: all enemies (except for animals), who see the character and who are up to 100 ft (30 m) away, only recognise the offensive character as a enemy. While the player is offending his enemies, he is not blocked for other activities.
  • Increasing Morale - The group's morale is improved, and for 5 real-time minutes each member has +20 on his skills. The Talent can only be used once every 24 game hours.

Medical - Heal wounds, more effective use of Medipacks and herbal ointments

Talents:

  • Light Wounds - This Talent is good for healing light injuries completely and without a Medipack. Characters with a LE of 85% and more can be fully regenerated.
  • Regeneration - Speeds up regeneration of the whole group during rest periods by 20%.
  • Resuscitate - This Talent can be used to resuscitate dead characters - but only within 5 real time minutes of their demise.
  • Alternative Medicine - Permits healing and detoxicating by means of various herbs. You can also use this Talent to make ointments out of herbs and bees wax.
  • Psychology - A character's psyche is positively influenced and he receives a bonus of + 2 on all attributes for 5 real-time minutes. This skill is only available once every 24 game hours.
