I think you can, as there is an event handler in the shot, which defines the probability of hitting. I think it is possible to change the animation of the shot, though not sure. I never rule anything, just saw the code when retrieving information for the site.

And why you need a fan, which in the lower right corner of the screen - the right of the character's inventory. You can turn it off, but I'm not noticed, what it affects.

why is it not like? Very much =) But I now ask this question. I am currently in the hopper (the path of vultures), found all three keys, but have no idea how to install them. Simply activate them before ashtrays fails: (
