No, by my logic - if the effects especially not, then Charisma should remain at base value = 10. Just upsets me that a large number of points the game gives on brand (the word 'absolutely' allocate) is not the right attribute. Six, six from Francis! Well one, okay - two! But six !!!

You think wrong. Francis there is no penalty to charisma, so she can be more than 10.

I was just talking about it! There is no penalty for Ugliness, and it ought to be. I understand that the mercenaries are not considered as the Main Character. Not fair, I protest, disagree, hurt me, etc, etc.

The mercenaries from the first location, just like alter-ego at generation there are 10 free points on attributes that are distributed randomly into 6 attributes. Approximately 2 points gets each attribute.
And it turns out charisma 12.

Yes, and this too I say! Randomly the game throws precious points on absolutely do not need Charisma. I saw how Francis was generated Charisma 13.
And in Your fix, Dehlinger-fashion already includes Your fix of the text? Each no need to paste, just Fix?

If you extend the rules of generating alter-ego to generate attributes mercenaries, then:
the batch will have to cut the body type and agility once he is strong;
From Ivana to cut the mobility and agility once she's high;
Vasquez have to cut the agility once he is strong.
And all three of them to raise charisma to 12.
Carmen to cut the intelligence to 7.

It includes not only corrections of the text, but more importantly - bug fixes in scripts.

Appeal to BrainRipper.
Remember I complained about the garbage loot when updating products from the merchants? I solved this problem.
If you think it necessary to bring this to your fix_for_Derfflinger, I can e-mail it to (Your, which are not known to me) your file with these changes... suddenly I don't like one trash loot when you upgrade range.

Made a mistake in the last sentence: "I am not one to NOT like it."
I think You already wrote e-mail to Polish or Czech players? If so, I have not yet found.
