How to repair weapons?

I found this site with plenty of new command controls...
some new grades
SET_HEGRENADE
SET_FRAGGRENADE
SET_FIREGRENADE
SET_SMOKEGRENADE
SET_FLASHGRENADE
SET_STUNGRENADE
SET_PHOSPHORGRENADE
SET_ACID_PROJECTILE
some of the are known already but rest is not, and not working quite well..

All items that normally operate in the game are listed on our site. To specify an identifier for adding an item to your inventory, just look at the address of the link with the description of the object and add "SET_" before the last word in the link. For example, reference description fragmentation grenades: http://fall.pro-d.ru/eng/db/weapon/throw/hegrenade/
The last word in the link: hegrenade
Uppercase and add "SET_" in the beginning, and we obtain: SET_HEGRENADE
That's all :)

As you might seen at the site, there are some types of objects that are known to this version ..
others are not
for example: SET_CAMPING_STOVE
is working at this version ... yet not appearing in it

Please i need help my game froze and now when i double click on icon it tells me that Application (0xc0000142) couldn't correctly run. i already reinstalled the game but it still won't work. if anyone knows how to make it work pls help me.
