Take and enter "SET_BIG_BAG" in any of the list of traders ... or equipment of any character ... or any container. I did so barareey miniature: the list of things that you can get through the talent 'Humor' or talent 'pickpocketing' instead of one of the absolutely unnecessary items inscribed "SET_COIN_CELL_BATTERY" ... also received a bag and, voila, dy ever gets caught, and maybe even more than once!
