Many things have changed in the game, I agree. Please your suggestions for modifying the game described in the relevant section of the blog . I can not answer all your questions, but we can take into account your needs when designing their additions to the game. Unfortunately not all of it can be implemented.

I mean even if you reduce the accuracy with 90% at point blank distance with 13 dexterity and 85 sniper skill you still will get 30-40% modified accuracy. Which means instead of 5 min shooting to kill a single guy you will need only 2 snipers salvos, 3 at most cases.

Not on "very hard". On normal 6 heavy weapons kill most of the guys for 1/2 seconds. On "very hard" it needs between 100 and 200 bullets - just for 1 guy. And if the enemy guy is with machine gun he will kill 2 people; if he is with grenade launcher or just throws grenades he can kill the whole squad. Unlike this 6 sniper weapons kill "anyone" with a single shot - and this is no matter the distance. They can kill the whole enemy squad before they can even get close as well as on at point blank distance - the distance doesn't matter at all.
The game needs not only interface reworking but complete rebalancing.

A little bit of ranting...
After a lot of playing on "very hard" I understood any other weapon besides snipers is useless. Why bother and spend 100-200 heavy weapon bullets to kill a single guy when 6 snipers with 85 skill (to get the headshot skill) always kill with the first shot (each one has 25% chance for instant kill). This is absolute game killer (which reminds me of Master of Orion 2 where the developers missed an extremely important point in the research, creating the possibility of the building an invisible ship - once you research certain middle game techs you win the game with just a single ship with no cheats or exploits).
No wonder the guys went broke. Not only the interface is clumsy and boring but the game suffers from complete lack of balance.

We are here together in order to make a difference to the game:) And about the sniper weapons - I think enough to deterioration getting chances with a sniper rifle at close range. For example, on an average distance decrease by 30-50%, and nearly all of 80-90%. Then the relevance of another type of weapon will increase significantly, and sniper rifle will be used at long distances, for which it exists.

Don't really know. I am finding accidentally non-stop new things. And I am finding them in the hard way. Just yesterday understood how exactly to use the snipers. Surely there are more "secrets" like this in the game. Also I would like to understand how exactly the game rules are changed with the difficulty. For example the 40mm grenade is listed as doing 30-40 points of damage. But on the highers difficulty it kills with 1 hit so it makes 150+ points of damage no matter the description still says 30-40 etc...

I do not know of such a guide on the game, which would have been described such moments of the game. If you are somewhat familiar with the programming language "Python ", you can view the scripts and find out the details.

Can someone post a working link to the russian manual please? The "handbuch" which comes with the english release is completely useless - it just repeats the ingame tool-tips and nothing more.

As for "duplex" - aren't you talking about dum-dum?
No craft for "duplex" ammo is listed on your site.
I buy "duplex" 7.72x51 from merchants sometimes.
