That means not all retskulov killed their 20-Tb on the map. Try a spirit helper, pressing Ctrl + H. If you do not help, then the console command:
data (). kill_wasser = 20
After that you can talk to Phoenix. But I would recommend to find all retskulov.

Everything in this mod sound just great to me.. but Its unplayable for me :/Its not possible to make this mod work with german version? I`ve tried even putting English translation over 1.10ru with mod, but that gives error...and using 1.10 ru with derfflinger mod on my system (european win8) dont show any letters- just "?????"c`mon, make that mod compatible with german version ! ! ! ! !
